Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our hands, it cannot be restocked or re-sold.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly review it for a refund or replacement.

To request a refund for a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not include proof of damage or defect.
